Aviator is a multiplier game where you bet on a virtual airplane that flies away, with a multiplier that increases as it climbs higher. The goal is to cash out before the airplane flies away (crashes).

All game outcomes are determined by a provably fair algorithm. The crash point of each round is predetermined and cannot be manipulated. The crash point is generated using a combination of server seed and client seed, ensuring complete randomness and fairness.

By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the risks involved in online gambling. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose. Aviator Game reserves the right to set betting limits and to refuse any bet without providing a reason.

In the event of a technical issue or malfunction, Aviator Game reserves the right to cancel all affected bets and return the bet amounts to the players.

You may deposit funds into your account using the available payment methods. All deposits are processed immediately, but may be subject to verification.

Withdrawals can be requested at any time, provided that all deposits have been verified and any bonus wagering requirements have been met. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₹100. Withdrawals are processed within 1-3 business days, depending on the payment method.

Aviator Game reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, especially for large amounts or if suspicious activity is detected.

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (₹). If you use a different currency, your payment provider may charge conversion fees, which are not the responsibility of Aviator Game.

In no event shall Aviator Game, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; (iii) any content obtained from the service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
